The online live-streaming sessions for the summer schedule continue with a session in Appreciating Beauty, The session includes exploring the relationship between beauty, attention, and material success in life and relationships; distinguishing between appreciating beauty and possessing it; understanding how appreciating beauty influences life’s gains; practicing three exercises to multiply beauty through thought, word, and deed; experiencing the “Light of Loving-Kindness” meditation on the gains of beauty; and an open Q&A session covering any topic.
