This is an online session (delivered through a live broadcast and then as a recording). It lasts three hours and remains available in your account for four weeks after the live broadcast for replay.

The online live sessions return in April with A Session on Energetic Stability. The session focuses on calming the mind for mental steadiness, freeing the heart for emotional stability, and nourishing the spirit for energetic balance. The session includes an explanation of the importance of energetic stability, the 'tasbeeh' pathway exercise, heart lock-in meditation, the meaning and space meditation to calm thoughts, the response through mantra exercise, a practice for transforming toxic relationships, and an open space for students’ questions and answers.

This is a ticket for online attendance via live stream on www.waleedhashim.com. Tickets bought online are nonrefundable, nontransferable and nonexchangeable. In the case you buy more than one ticket, the attendees may only view the lecture from the account through which the tickets were bought. The lecture remains for viewing in your account for four (4) weeks from the event start time.

Once you purchase a ticket to attend an event via live streaming, sign into your account at the event start time and go to the Live Streaming section which can be found under My Account => Dashboard => Playlist. There you can click on the event and stream the session live.
