The concept of happiness as a decision to having a more positive outlook towards life is discussed in this course. The session promotes forgiveness and happiness, freedom from negative beliefs such as fear, anger, sadness and jealousy, treating childhood, reconciling with parents and past experiences, purifying the heart and emotional relationships. It further includes the “learn how to be happier” program, storing positive affirmations in love, health, happiness, forgiveness and relationships.
