The first January 2026 session is titled "The Light of Contentment" and explores contentment and the deepening of gratitude for all of God’s blessings, with the intention of welcoming what is most beautiful from the light and gifts of the Most Merciful in 2026. The session includes a guided meditation and an open space for questions, whether from those attending live or online.
